Lead Aggregation

The lead distribution and management system can perform various functions during the lead aggregation process. De-duping the leads, reformatting the phone numbers, appending city / state based on zip codes, etc.

Each lead vertical or lead type is defined as a lead profile (or lead journal) and the leads are aggregated in the respective bucket.

The lead routing and distribution rules are always assigned to each lead profile defined in the system. This helps lead generation companies to use the same system for managing leads from multiple verticals.
